Too many baby crying, customer and staff yelling at each other. Seat is too small and tight. Could not sleep at all for 16 hour flight !

Cons: "Screening was arduous. Line for business class check in at counter was chaotic with no sense of order. A real mess. took over a half an hour and agents were processing coach passengers randomly and seemed oblivious to business class passengers who paid a significant price for the tickets."

We felt that many passengers where coughing too much and the crew didn’t care. Like come on we got sick because they didn’t make them were a mask and when we say cough we mean cough We wish that they cared more about other passengers

Cons: "The boarding gate was located much further than I remember for previous flights. And then we had to board shuttle buses to the plane, which made for an unpleasant boarding experience. Too many carry-on bags onboard meant no space for my bag in my allocated overhead bin. The plane seemed old and the seats were small and cramped. The entertainment systems kept shutting off in the beginning of the flight, and my screen was slightly unresponsive to touch. Not the best flight experience compared with what I'm used to and expect from Turkish."

Never boarded the flight, Chatdeal didn't confirm my last flight to SEA fron FRA, resulting in me boarding a different flight to EWR which got delayed and caused me to miss the flight to SEA
Flights have been completely changed with another airlines just a few hours before departure. New trip had a short connection time between flights and separate check-ins were required. The first flight was a bit delayed, so we had to pick up our luggage after the first flight, run to another terminal check in and drop off baggage again. We almost missed the second flight. That was painful!!!
Aircraft was old. Boarding crew was rude and unprofessional! Food was bad like real bad. Lufthansa has been the worst airline i flew in in 10 years

Cons: "The plane was warm which became uncomfortable for the second half of the 9 hour flight. Also they had some issues with double booked seats and having to move people around which delayed takeoff. The staff did a good job of making the best of a bad situation thoug."
