سلبيات: Social distancing is a thing of the past.

ايجابيات: First time on southwest and never again. Hate the boarding hate the crew sarcasm and “wear your mask” every other minute. Just not enjoyable.

سلبيات: Lead attendant’s delivery wasn’t friendly at all

سلبيات: Scheduled employees to be at ticket counter early enough to accommodate passengers needing to check luggage.

ايجابيات: Being able to watch the NCAA game live, when it worked.

سلبيات: TV was spotty for too much of the game. More importantly, too many people, no social distancing. It feels like Southwest doesn't care at all. I felt unsafe.

ايجابيات: Crew were funny and accomodating to my family traveling with a small baby.

سلبيات: The Southwest desks were understaffed. Southwest requires an in person check-in for lap infants, which made us wait in line for 80mins with a fussy baby. Then the gates were understaffed and we had to wait for gatecheck tags at another gate and almost missed our boarding time.

ايجابيات: Flight completely full. No food except snack crackers. Only 4 beverages, coke, diet coke, seven up and water.

سلبيات: COVID survey at gate as we were called for boarding by group required us to be pulled out of "A" group to fill out survey that was done one person at a time on electronic tablet that we were last to be allowed to board aircraft. This could easily been done while everyone was waiting for their flight.

سلبيات: The plane was so hot! People would be much better at keeping their mask on, which we were reminded about 100 times, if the plane wasn’t 80 degrees! My favorite... keep your social distancing while departing the plane, after we were seated like sardines for hours! Such a joke! I’ll stick with Delta, thansk!

سلبيات: Plane was dirty, messy floors. Makes me question other cleaning procedures. Plane only had 8 empty seats which during these times is insane.

ايجابيات: The attendant who was calling the boarding groups at the gate. He was efficient, professional and pleasant.

سلبيات: Social distancing on the plan was non-existent. How is it that we have an airport terminal policy that requires social distancing and Southwest has a flight that is “completely full”?

سلبيات: Informing the people that the flight was full and Covid-19 measures was not in effect.

سلبيات: Don’t load a full plane only to make everyone wait for 17 connecting passengers. We sat on the plane for over an hour before leaving.

سلبيات: Flight was completely full, took forever to leave the origin, and arrived more than 1 hour late!

سلبيات: I greeted the staff as I got on, I wasn't greeted before that though. On top of this we boarded late and then we didn't even make it to San Fran, instead we got to Oak. Now the weather Southwest can't control, but they should have given us payment to be able to make it to our accommodations. I don't have money just lying around to be left at a place I wasn't expecting to be left at and then pay a taxi to get across the bay to my house.

سلبيات: The flight was completely full! We are in a pandemic. This alone makes me want to fly Delta for their consideration for people’s safety.

سلبيات: Tell passengers to air in the seats until their two is ready to exit. Don’t crowd in the aisles and try to get off the plan first of you are seated in the back
