ايجابيات: Horrible experience, lost fly because passenger had only a one way ticket. I bought a return fly and did not processed on time. I tried to cancel it and didn't let me, even though I bought it few minutes and never confirmed.

سلبيات: By canceling the tickets and refunded me the money right away, knowing that it wasn't my fault the passenger was denied to board the plane and also having to buy a new round trip ticket.

سلبيات: Delayed for more than 1 hour without any explanations. Lost a a flight connection to my final destiny and they didn’t take responsibility for it. The delayed was not because of eeather or anything like that. Nobody gave answers about what was happening and they just seem to not care at all. Worst airline ever.

Barcelona nightmare

سلبيات: I hetes the delay and the fact that most of them couldn’t give me a simple information of the reason why it was delayed. They didn’t speak English fluently nor had WiFi so that we could communicate with the family about it. The airport and the company didn’t give enough support whatsoever!

سلبيات: 1. The ground attendant in Caracas was very nasty towards my wife and me, so much that she assigned our seats in different rows. 2. Upon arrival in Valencia we had to wait over 5 hora due to a late arrival plane from Curaçao with passengers for Bogota.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AT VALENCIA AIRPORT

سلبيات: AFTER 3 Hours waiting in line and after being arrived at Airport with more than 4 hours prior departure the Station Manager CLOSE THE CHECKING PROCESS and say the Airline WILL NOT REIMBURST NOR PAY ANY TRAVEL EXPENSES and more than 15 paxes were denied to board!!! THAT IS DISRESPECTFULL!!!
