We were here for 3 days during the corona virus pandemic waiting for our rescue flight. The staff were great, really friendly and helpful. The restaurant was closed but they arranged room service for us. The breakfast was so huge we had enough food for lunch as well. The staff were also able to advise what Parks were open so we could go for our daily exercise. The room was small but well appointed, there was a great shower and the bed was the most comfortable I have slept in, in the 7 weeks we have been in Portugal

Location is about 4-5 km from the river, but close to bus and metro station that bring you to the old downtown at the river within 10 min (+10 min walk) for just 2 Euro Rooms are clean and comfortable, typical Ibis standard and style. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Breakfast was good but not great. I missed some fresh Veggies like tomatoes or cucumbers. Also coffee is from a machine but doesn’t taste like coffee. And the fruit salad had a sour (like sour because too old) taste the one time I tried. Didn’t try a second time. Also, be aware that the Hotel is located in the starting and landing corridor of the airport which is just 3-4 km away. Windows are good but you still hear it very clearly.

The crew was very kind and helpful. The room and the hotel was very clean with a gorgeous view. The daily menu and the breakfast was delicious.

Fresh, modern reception/bar/restaurant area and easy parking (thanks to the very helpful young man on reception, we were lucky enough to get one of the free spaces right outside the entrance). Our room (on the 11th floor) although compact, had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Good selection of TV channels and decent bathroom. Can't understand why this hotel only has a 2-star rating - don't let that put you off!

There was a small corner wardrobe in the room to hang coats, etc., but no other storage such as a small cupboard or some drawers. This could be a bit awkward if you're staying for more than 1 or 2 nights, but it was fine for our needs. Other than that, I really couldn't find fault with anything; great value for money and very friendly staff.

very convenient location. Close to the metro. Nearby there are many restaurants and cafes. The hotel has top-notch service. The room and bathroom were clean every day. Very friendly staff in the hotel restaurant and at the reception.

It was a real challenge to get out of the parking garage. Had to finally have someone come down from the front desk & open the gate for us

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rich and varied, including some typical Portuguese treats. The room was really cosy and especially soundproof (even though many planes were flying above the hotel we could hear none and sleep the whole night).

Very comfy room! Modern style! Buffet is exceptional with fresh squeezed orange juice!!!

Everything was fine, have been there before, and i will be there again. The hotel is nice, confortable beds, clean rooms, good location, kind staff, the breakfast is amazing.

The location was nice: close to metro stations. The bed was comfy. Shower was good. The staff were helpful. You are able to store your bags before check-in or after check-out in locker room for free. Good choise for the price.

Something minor: only big towel was in the room. Would have been nicer to have smaller towels for face and hair.

It may only be a 3-star hotel but for our purposes I would rate it 5-star as it fulfilled all our needs and expectations. It is located out of the city centre and therefore quiet at night (essential for us who retire early). It is on a bus route which includes the hop-on-off buses (big plus) and taxis are readily available and about 10eu to/from the city centre. The rooms are clean with an excellent shower, compact and perhaps a bit spartan for some, but perfect for us as we only wanted somewhere to change and sleep. Downstairs is a bar and snack area, with tables and areas to sit (I think there is an outside terrace which we didn't use). Breakfast is buffet style in its own area and has a large and varied selection - more than satisfactory. If like us you just want a comparatively-inexpensive clean and comfortable base for a short stay in Lisbon this is well worth considering.

Perhaps some more couches/armchairs in the downstairs area?

The buffet breakfast had plenty of selection - as a more continental breakfast. The pastries were delicious!

Second time back at this hotel. We previously were here 12 years ago. Hotel was accessible to the many places we wanted to visit. Friendly accommodating staff. Clean and fresh

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. I was given specific directions for a little sightseeing during my very short stay. I had a wonderful time.

Excellent efficient and friendly staff. Check in was fast. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean rooms. Hotel is nearby to supermarkets and walking distance to metro station. Restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Great breakfast, lots of choice. Excellent location, short walk to a tram which quickly took you to the centre of Lisbon. Another short walk away was the train station for Sintra.

The staff gave us a Lisbon map and a plan of the tram lines on arrival. They could have pointed out that there was a train station nearby for Sintra as otherwise we may have gone back into the City when there was no need.

Friendly staff; good choice of breakfast foods

Advertised as having free on-street parking in front of the hotel. In reality only 12 spaces which were fully occupied so had to pay to park in hotel basement. A very long walk from the city centre and just about impossible to figure out how to use the railway, even with local help.

Very central and excellent value for money. A lovely warm welcome, reception staff were helpful. Beds very comfy.

We stayed one night only and arrived late from the airport 1pm ish. We were able to have a drink at the 24hr bar and could have eaten if we had needed to. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Really pleased to find Earl Grey teabags available. Very comfortable bed.

Nice to have - tea making facilities in the room. Also the room was incredibly noisy as we really needed the window open. However next time we’d ask for a quieter room location

My room was clean and it was so quiet. I really enjoyed the breakfast!

I would say the location was a bit far from Metro. About 7-9 mins walk.

The beds and especially the pillows were very comfortable , and the whole hotel was spotless.

I always have a glass of water next to my bed at night as I get very thirsty during the night and wake up frequently. The plastic beakers provided in the bathroom were too small and cracked when I undid the wrapping. I requested a real glass from both reception and the bar and was refused and told it was against policy !!!!!
